Quidi Vidi Village and Quidi Vidi Lake.
Had a nice stroll around Quidi Vidi Village . It was a pretty postcard
sort of day. But what really struck me was the Lake itself.
Children of this generation have a bubble wrap childhood.
Things are so safe and sanitized. Yet, a century ago kids
would have so much fun traveling and hopping across ponds
and harbours using "pans" of ice. Just a thought.
