Arts and Culture Centre

I had a fair bit of time this evening
before attending an event and so
I decided to take a stroll around
the Arts and Culture Centre.
Before walking around the building
I decided to walked to walk to the first
pedestrian over pass at Memorial University.
These over passes were first constructed
a few decades ago after a student was killed
while trying to cross the frightening busy
Prince Philip Parkway.
As I walked back to my car I was surprised
the dramatic lighting at the
the entrance for the Arts and Culture's box office.
